I can see from the postings that most (all?) of you have your public
internet service going, and that you have dealt with a number of service
and technical issues. I have an inquiry from Doreen Turpen at the
Washington State Library which can be paraphrased as wanting to know
about the internet management and services issues from a small dialup site.

If you would be willing to chat with her via email or phone about your
