I read the documentation on the CA Legislative Info gopher carefully, and
it only puts the CURRENT SESSION's legislation online. This seems really
foolish and contrary to what the wonders of technology can do for us, so
back in January '95 I asked the CLA Legislative Committee co-chairs to
investigate how we could work on the law (to amend it) so as to provide
for archives. Have not heard anything from them. If this matters to
anyone else, maybe you too can communicate your interest to them.
