First, The legislative gopher has available current session (95/96) and
prior session (93/94) legislation. At this point all they ever intend to
have on line is current and prior in any given year. This means that as each
new session starts, we will lose a lot of info.
Second, The CLA Legislative Committee has taken this isuue up with the
Secretary of State who is responsible for the archives in CA. No officoial
response has been received to date.
