Your faithful moderator has once again exposed his capacity for not
paying attention. I should have queried the original post...
(Of course, the topic was familiar to me from the first go-round, but
I, uh, assumed the post reflected a new development.)

Um - check the date. Is it really January 1995? (I know -- could be a
typo.) Karen Schneider attended a similar meeting last year, and
reported to the PUBLIB list. Check the archives -- I'm not sure of the
exact URL, but the host is nysernet.org, and PUBLIB is on their gopher
menu.
