We're using 2.0x on staff machines, but 1.2 on the public machine,
one reason being that I dread upgrading the public version: every
attempt I've made to date has failed. This is, of course, a
continuing saga...

By the way, KPFK's Internet and computer technology show, "Digital
Village"--Saturdays, 10:00-11:00 a.m., 90.7 FM--this past Saturday
compared the MS browser to Netscape. They--co-hosts Doran Baron and
Ric Allen--found much to praise in the MS product, especially speed.
If I've already recommended the show in the past, let me again direct
the attention of southern California readers of this list to it.
Doran and Ric usually take some time for listener call-ins, and they
program not only technical, but political and business issues, as
well, each week.
