Is there some reason that you don't go with the more secure, up-to-date and
free (to libraries) Netscape 3.0x? Your DNS problems can be ameliorated by
increasing the timeout value in your TCP/IP setup (not in Netscape)
although the root cause could be anything from your modem to an overloaded
ISP.
