Dean:
It's unfortunate that you are having trouble with version 2.0 because it is
quite an improvement over the early releases. (It's OK if you don't share
my opinion - I'm not offended). I have a couple of suggestions.
1. Download a new copy of Netscape 2.0 from the ftp site and reinstall.
2. Put Winsock in the path statement in the autoexec.bat file.
3. Start Netscape, and let IT call Trumpet Winsock which should be set up
to automatically log on.
4. You might also check on your memory configuration by using memmaker or
other memory management programs.

Hope you get this problem resolved. Please let us know about your progress.
