To Jacquie at Folsom Library,

The helper configuration in Netscape may be the culprit. (The following
steps are with repect to Netscape 2.0, but if I remember correctly they
would be the same or similar to the earlier versions.) Click on Options,
then Preferences, then Helpers. Scroll the list of helpers to find
"application/octet-stream". For that function, the action should be "Save".
The file extensions to which that action applies should be shown as "exe,bin".

If the action to be taken is not shown as Save, highlight the line of text
and edit it by making changes using the window and options on the lower half
of the screen.

If this doesn't work let me know and give as much info as you can.
