it is now fairly stable. Any problems we have had since December have to
do with the printer, Windows, and so forth. The disappearing Netscape
sounds like a Windows glich. Perhaps the problem is that the program is
set to minimize on startup. You said you looked at the taskbar; does that
show all tasks that are running (we use Direct Access, so we get a task
menu, not a bar...)? Alternatively, does anyone know of any
initialization file that might give an Exit command on startup? Finally,
what happens if you start the computer, and run the program without using
the shortcut, perhaps with the File Manager?
(And as I am sure others have noted, Chameleon is not a browser and so is
not a substitute for Netscape...) ;-}
