CALTAC 2003 - Building Commitment, Cooperation, and Communication with Library Foundations, Friends of the Library, and Library Staff

CALTAC and the California State Library's Rural Initiative collaborated to videotape and archive the speaker and panel presentations from the CALTAC Leadership Workshop on February 8, 2003. The workshop was held at the African American Museum and Library of Oakland.
