Free Email Accounts

Most libraries don't allow their public access computer users to use the library's account to send and receive email - due to privacy, security, and other concerns. A way around this is to provide access to webmail accounts. Note: No separate software is required for these services.

Q. How can they be free?
A. Advertising.
