Susana Baumann

Susana G. Baumann is the Director and owner of LCSWorldwide Language and Cultural Services, a sole proprietorship minority-owned business founded in 1996 and currently located in New Brunswick, New Jersey. LCSWorldwide, a community-oriented company offering customized Occupational Spanish language and Latino cultural training to individuals and organizations with specific language needs in the workplace, is a reliable provider of cross-cultural communication services for non-profit organizations and government agencies. The company uses state-of-the-art equipment and hires expert graphic designers, copywriters, cultural researchers, and translators to convert messages into products that reach the clients' audience. LCSWorldwide has trained many organizations' employees in the areas of health, education, and public service in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Maryland. Baumann is currently working on her book, ¡Hola, amigos! A Plan for Latino Outreach for Library Personnel, which will be published by Connecticut publisher Libraries Unlimited, Inc. in 2007.
