Delegation and Decision-Making
Some supervisors struggle with decisions: should I ask for feedback from my group, or does that make me look weak and hesitant? When time is tight should I go ahead and make decisions quickly, without their input, or does that alienate them?
We'll discuss two models ("A" and "B" decisions and the Q1-Q4 process) to help you feel more comfortable with delegation and decisions.
