Statewide Reference for Tomorrow!
Friday, January 16, 2009
It seems that the redesign of California's statewide reference service has been going on forever. Over the last few months, we've surveyed California public library end-users on their information needs and have taken a critical look at the results. Working with a small group of librarians, we have been designing potential scenarios for new approaches to statewide reference.
Webinars are free of charge and registration is only done on the day of the event on the WebEx server. No passwords are required.
