In this webcast we will learn why job descriptions are at the center of HR processes and are critical to hiring, rewarding, and training talented employees.

We will discuss the basic components and what needs to be included in order to fulfill compliance considerations. We will learn ways to collect information for the job description along with the advantages and disadvantages of the these methods. Lastly, we will learn general guidelines for drafting job descriptions.
