You will learn how to write measurable performance objectives and how to set challenging but attainable expectations. We will also discuss how to prepare for the evaluation throughout the year, conduct the evaluation, elicit feedback, and follow up on employee successes and failures. The presenter will share practical advice about performance evaluation errors to avoid.
