Barbara specializes in content creation, social media strategies, community engagement, and outreach action plans.
She has a Master in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign and is a PhD student at University of Wisconsin-Madison. Barbara is a 2022 Library Journal Mover & Shaker and a 2011 Spectrum Scholar.
